Producer & Creator
Having been around sports most of my life, it's easy to assume sports would be something I am passionate about. While that is the case, I have grown even more passionate about the athlete. I love learning about athletes of all levels and I enjoy listening and even helping them tell their story. With wrestling being the sport that has made the biggest impact on my life, I started my own podcast called "Let's Talk Wrestling" in November 2021 in hopes to give wrestlers a platform to share their story.
While this may only sound like two people talking about a sport for 75 minutes, it has taught me so much. Aside from learning my way around Adobe Audition, I have learned interpersonal skills and the dos/don'ts for a successful interview. I have gained knowledge on how the best athletes have achieved their goals and, in turn, how I can adopt those skills and apply them to my life. These lessons, combined with other skills I have learned along the way, have helped me grow as a journalist tremendously.
